Miguel U. Garcia - President/CEO
Mr. Garcia brings many years experience in the field of providing security services and managing personnel, equipment, buildings, and records in industrial and government contracts. Mike is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Association for Security Services and Private Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST). These organizations promote the latest technological advances in the security field. Mr. Garcia's experience extends over fifty years managing the operation of the company.
Evangelina G. Garcia - Vice President/CFO
Mrs. Garcia has over fifty years of continuous service as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She manages the financial portion of the company. She works closely with our main financing resource, Chase Bank as well as the company’s Certified Public Accountant (CPA) office of Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush & Cooper L.L.C. Mrs. Garcia ensures all billing and invoices are properly prepared in accordance to contract specifications and include the accurate number of hours. Mrs. Garcia has overseen the company’s finances for the past 50 years for commercial, industrial, and government security contracts.
Yvette A. Gutierrez - Vice President of Operations
Yvette Gutierrez has the task of ensuring the Human Resource Department and daily security operations are functioning properly. She also oversees that payroll is being done correctly and in a timely manner. Yvette has over fifteen years’ experience in the direct management of commercial and government contracts including billing and payroll. Yvette has over ten years’ experience in working with government agencies as well as managing personnel in the private sector. Her ability to support company requirements in the areas of Human Resources, contract and risk management has been proven throughout her professional experience. Yvette is very familiar with government contracting, benefits, union requirements, licensing and insurance requirements, and safety procedures. Yvette completed her MBA at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2013 and in 2018 received her Master of Arts degree from Webster University in Business and Organizational Security Management. In 2018, Yvette became a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International. She was Chairperson for the El Paso Chapter of ASIS International for three years, Secretary for ASSIST for two years and is a part-time instructor at Client – Law Enforcement Academy. Yvette was on the Executive Board of Directors of El Paso Villa Maria and is a member of InfraGard.
